To narrow our focus we conducted a series of focus setting meetings, to determine what areas we wanted to focus on, what questions we wanted to ask, and what information we needed to gather.
We chose to scope our project to include the issues of communicating the relationship between standards, questions, and skills. As our project developed our focus was extended include database design, and the implementation of a working prototype.
